Day 5 to Hilston
Cold start this morning, in fact at one stage my teeth were chattering. Everyone is staying on which is testament to the fortitude of this group. Bikes are going very well and range from a measly 9000km bike to the likes of mine which, once we finish, will have over 40,000km on the clock which is pretty high for a 110cc engine!
Opps, the library is about to close… damn. More dirt today and 420km total distance! Hilston is quite big, photo(s) to follow.
Saving blue tongue lizard thingys from being flattened! Jas on left, Shaun on right.

H Guys. Jason and Shaun look very cold holding the lizards. Great to keep track of where you are. Go Kiwis. Is Bryan still with you, dont see any photos of him… was he sold as a brumby…. Take care love to you all Lyndy and Cate
Hi guys,
Thanks for rescuing the lizards!! They have many common names – Shinglebacks, Bobtails, Bog-eyes, Pinecones, Stumpy-tails and Sleepies (because they’re usually slow-moving). Hope you gave them some breakfast!
Cheers,
Len and Christine
