Cheers to eveyone who contributed!

Posted on: 03-27-2010 Posted in: Updates

Thanks to everyone who participated in Survivor Scooter 2010.

Adrienne for providing cooked meals, cleaning, support and even the odd massage and generally elevating the whole level of comfort for everyone when not on the bikes, Bryan for his patience and always being there when needed (and not running anyone over), The girls, Erin and Caroline for showing the rest of us up with their impressive display of gritty, never give up riding throughout the entire trip, while still keeping big smiles, Clemy with his mechanical expertise and late nights keeping us going, Simon who happily helped out wherever needed and kept us entertained (both on and off the bikes) and Shaun who also provided entertainment in large doses and co-organised Survivor Scooter 2010.

A BIG thanks to the Shotover 4wd club http://www.shotover4wdclub.co.nz/ for their help and support on day 1, as well as PROMO SAFETY in Westport for the loan of the trailer. If you ever need safety gear, check out http://www.promosafety.co.nz/

Canon also provided the photographic and video equipment that contributed to the images on this web-site free of charge! Thanks Canon http://www.canon.co.nz/

Cheers to you all for making the trip the success it was!

…and as for Survivor Scooter 2011?  we’ll start thinking about that soon. It will be a strictly limited numbers event so early registration will be recommended.
